Boko Haram, the Islamic State terrorist group, has been causing problems in Nigeria for quite some time now. Movements have been made by Nigerian troops to take back some of the land the terrorist group stole. About 300 women were rescued from the terrorists, who had been and possibly still are hiding out in the Sambisa forest. It was reported that more than 700 people have been rescued in the past week or so. Some of the women about to be rescued were stoned to death as the military was approaching. The rescued women spoke of their captivity, and how they were highly monitered by the group. They were fed one meal a day, and every day one of the women was killed as they were forced to watch. Children and women who were rescued were extremely malnourished, especially children. They are all being seen in a clinic. The school girls that were captured were not among the women rescued.
